All of our screens are made from certified steel. You can choose from a variety of material compositions from T-1, AR-400, AR-450 or AR-500.
Custom hole patterns are easily designed to meet your finished product, grinding needs.
We use the latest CAD software and nesting programs combined with our state of the art plasma/torch tables which are capable of cutting up to 6” material.
Once it’s cut we have a 700 ton press brake in Oregon and a 1000 ton in Florida (which is reported to be the largest in Florida!) used to shape/bend your screen to the OEM’s original specifications.

In most cases we can process your custom wear part orders in 24 to 48 hours.
